Crash Tested Sliding Cantilevered Gate - CSG 10140

The CSG 10140 Crash Tested Sliding Cantilevered Gate is designed to provide a low cost crash tested sliding gate to prevent hostile vehicle mitigation / vehicle-borne terrorist or ram-raid threat.

The gate successfully passed the PAS 68:2010 test and achieved the following 3 classifications:

1) Sliding Gate - 3000mm wide x 2400mm high : V/7500[N2]/64/90:1.7/0.0.
2) Sliding Gate - 5000mm wide x 2400mm high : V/7500[N2]/64/90:2.0/0.0.
3) Sliding Gate - 8000mm wide x 2400mm high : V/7500[N2]/64/90:3.0/0.0.

As per detailed above the three TRL Crash-Tests conducted, the gate is available in widths from 3000mm – 8000mm.

Constructed from regular steel section, rather than large and unsightly heavy weight materials. This gate design can be aesthetically blended into the building or perimeter line, enabling hostile vehicle mitigation.

The standard material reduces production costs, offering an effective crash tested solution at a comparatively low cost when evaluated against other available products.

The CSG 10140 Sliding Cantilevered Gate requires a foundation depth of only 400mm, ideally suited to shallow and/or utility congested substructure.

The product is able to accept most architectural enhancement over and above its standard construction; therefore it lends itself to the continuation of any high security fencing specification, powered fence, or security toppings across the normally vulnerable vehicular entrance to the site.

Crash Tested Sliding Gate

Constructed from standard steel section, this automated gate can be considered a low cost option.
Capable of blending seamlessly with any building or site perimeter line, enabling discreet vehicle mitigation for critical infrastructure and high security sites – supplied in a colour/finish to suit the client.
The CSG 10140 requires a minimal installation depth of 400mm, making it ideally suited to shallow and/or utility-congested substructure.
Effective gate width – now available up to a maximum of 8000mm following further testing of our patented arrestor system.
Height of gate – minimum 1800mm to maximum 2400mm – greater heights possible on application.

The product is able to accept any architectural enhancement over and above its standard construction format, lending itself to the continuation of any high security fencing specification, powered fence or security toppings across the normally vulnerable vehicular entrance/exit to site. A non-crash tested sliding cantilevered gate is also available.

Some of the images represent different widths and heights to the original TRL crash test conducted and may have additional cladding or mesh etc that wasn't present during the test.
