Lai Yew Seng Pte Ltd has successfully completed the SKY TOWER at Sentosa island, one of the tallest free standing structure in Asia. Gently rising 131 meters above sea level, one can enjoy panoramic view across Sentosa and Singapore's southern islands as well as neighbouring Indonesia.

Today the Singapore's tallest observatory tower is a distinctive landmark. LYS design and build the foundation RC structure for this tower and also the erector for the 110m tall tower above ground level.

Construction of the foundation is challenging due to the complex terrain of the Sentosa Island. Sentosa Island is the most visited tourist attraction in Singapore hence the public relation is one of the difficult task during the entire construction.

Erection of the Tower also another challenge which need several co-ordination with hoisting team and erectors.
