LYS was the structural steel contractor for the Wild Wild Wet rides when it commenced.

Due to their good track record, the client gave LYS the opportunity to work with Proslide Technology Inc on the Torpedo water ride in Wild Wild Wet Water Park.

It is one of the fastest water slides in Singapore.

LYS was given this time around together with the civil and building works related to this ride.

Starting from a height of a 4 storey building (18 Meters), the Torpedo ejects riders in a free fall along a slide that twists and turns. Riders slide down at speeds of 70 Km/hr.

In tandem, the theme park had also undergone renovations entrusted to LYS and now has 9 water rides such as Waterworks (Dueling Slide), Ular-Lar (Raft slide), Slide Up (Halfpipe-Slide), Tsunami (Wave Pool), Shiok River (Lazy River), Jacuzzi, Professor's Playground (Water Playground) and Yippie! (Baby Play Area).
